Take Easy Full Screen Screenshots and Save in PPT PowerPoint
Recently we reviewed a collection of screen capture tools that you can download for free and use in your Windows computer. However, sometimes we require to embed a screenshot in PowerPoint presentations, for example to make a demo or show what we are watching on the screen. Fortunately there is a free tool named Greenshot that we can download and install in Windows that enables us to take screenshots easily and save in PPT.
By using Greenshot we can also send screenshots recently taken to a variety of different output formats and online services, including Dropbox or Flickr. However, here we will show you how to save the screenshot in PowerPoint.
The screenshots you take using Greenshot can be saved in a PowerPoint presentation, and it uses the custom image layout shown below in the example.
Of course you can change the layout and embed the picture in any other slide that you need, especially if you are preparing a business presentation or demo presentation in PowerPoint and need to use screenshots.
