How To Export PPT Presentation To Video in Microsoft PowerPoint
Last updated on April 13th, 2023
We previously showed you how to convert PPT to video in PowerPoint. Converting your presentations to video format can help you create video presentations which may be uploaded to video streaming websites like YouTube or used as product demos at conventions and webinars. In this post we will show you how to export a PPT (PowerPoint file) to video format in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013.
Step 1: To convert your PowerPoint presentation to video format, open the presentation file, click the File menu, go to Export-> Create a Video.
Step 2: Now, select the required seconds for displaying each slide (e.g. 5 seconds). You can also select additional configurations such as video and audio settings. Click Create Video to convert your PPT to video format.
Step 3: In the next step, choose a desired video format to save your PPT to video. Unlike previous versions, PowerPoint not only allows saving PowerPoint presentations to WMV but also MPEG 4 format.
Once your video is saved, you can play it in a media player, upload it to a video streaming website and use it in webinars, conventions and web conferences.
