Share PowerPoint using Dropbox

Sharing PowerPoint presentations online is possible and nowadays we can find lot of different tools and services to share PPTs. Dropbox is one of the free alternatives to get cloud storage space to save your files in the cloud and make them accessible to anyone who have the proper permissions. If you want to share a PowerPoint in Dropbox then you need to follow the steps below. Go to your Dropbox panel to upload the file you want to share.

Then right click over the new file added to the list. You will see a list of options and then click on Get Link.

Now you will notice the PowerPoint slides will open in the browser and a dialog asking to share the PPT. If you Copy the Link using the button highlighted below, then you will have the link in your clipboard and now you can share PPT online using Dropbox.
