How to print the speaker notes in PowerPoint 2007 & 2010

Printing the speaker notes in PowerPoint 2007 and PowerPoint 2010 is slightly different. Assuming you have speaker notes added on each slide of the PowerPoint presentation, in order to print it you’d need to go to Print page with options. You can find this option in the File menu but a shortcut is to press CTRL-P.

Once there, choose Notes Pages under the Print What combo that is available.

Let’s assume that we have been using investor PowerPoint template and now need to print the speaker notes in the slides. In PowerPoint 2010 this is done by clicking on Print and then Notes Page to choose Print slides with notes.
