However, it is good to know that even if you don’t have Microsoft PowerPoint installed, there are free tools like free PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft that can be used to open PPT and PPTx files.
First, we’ll need to open Microsoft PowerPoint and then the presentation file .PPT. Or you can just open the .PPT with your associated extension program, which likely will be Microsoft PowerPoint.
Under File menu, you will find a Print option. If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, you should see an Adobe PDF printer.
